As Pastor Pat announced this morning, OBC is establishing another campus. Our specific area of emphasis is the Bellevue, Offutt, Papillion, La Vista region. We recognize that there is a great need for expository preaching and biblical ministry in this area. This has become more evident to us in recent years through the large number of families who commute to Omaha for the teaching and ministry. No doubt this news is exciting to many of you who have been praying for many years for this type of thing to be established in Sarpy County.
Erik Raymond will be the campus’ lead pastor. In addition, Eric Ball, who has been a long time elder and one of the founding leaders of OBC, will be transferring to the South Campus.
This site will be a helpful tool to communicate what we are doing and help you invite others to join us.
In this vein, there will be an informational meeting on Sunday night, January 27th at 4:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall at OBC. This meeting will be to spell out what we are doing and encourage people to get on board and join the fun. This will also be a good time to get some of your questions answered with respect to the new campus.
